Privacy Policy

1.1 Data controller

The controller of the personal data collected through the Platform is Ideabro. Contact: academy@ideabro.studio. Replace this paragraph with your registered entity, address and the laws that apply to your customers (for example the DPDP Act 2023 in India, GDPR for visitors in the EEA).

1.2 The Platform has user accounts

The Academy is a training platform with authenticated access. Access is via a one-time code or magic link sent by email: we do not use passwords. Purchase and payment are handled by the payment provider named in the checkout.

1.3 Data we process

• Account data: your email address, language preference and course-access status.
• Learning progress: the lessons you mark as complete, your votes, reactions and lesson feedback.
• Support: the messages you send through the Help chat and the forms in “Work with us”.
• Technical data: IP address and user agent during sign-in, for security.

1.4 Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it or delete your account by writing to the contact email. We answer within 30 days.

Terms & Conditions

One purchase gives one person lifetime access to the course and its updates. Sharing access, downloading and redistributing lessons, or presenting the method as your own is not allowed and ends the licence. Refunds follow the policy shown at checkout.

Cookie Policy

The Academy uses strictly necessary storage only: the sign-in session and your preferences (language, collapsed menu, dismissed notices) in your browser. No advertising cookies.
